Itinerary
Day 1:
SANTA BARBARA - SOLVANG - CARMEL
We set off north along the spectacular Californian coast, first stop in Santa Barbara. Visit to a Spanish Mission to understand how these religious places were the key to the development of the entire region.
Continue north to Solvang, a Danish village with typical Northern European architecture; to take advantage of for a walk along the main street full of inviting shops. We continue along the famous 17 Miles Drive (which is part of Route #1) which runs along the spectacular California coast. We thus reach the picturesque town of Carmel, residence of the actor Clint Eastwood. Some free time for a walk before leaving for Silicon Valley for an overnight stay.

Day 2:
SAN FRANCISCO
Today we understand why San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The tour begins with a mini-cruise that leaves from Fisherman's Wharf and travels along the famous bay, under the Golden Gate bridge and near the well-known Alcatraz Island. We return to Pier 39 for lunch and continue for a panoramic tour of the city, which includes the Golden Gate Bridge, Union Square, Chinatown and Nob Hill. The tour ends with a beautiful evening view of the city from the Bay Bridge.

Day 3:
Summer route: We start the day by heading through the farms of the Joaquin Valley to Yosemite National Park. 2000 wonderful square kilometers of forests, lakes, waterfalls found in the Sierra Nevada. We stop at El Capitan, at Bridal Veil Waterfall, at Half Dome and then continue on foot from the Yosemite Park Tourist Center until we reach the highest waterfalls in North America: Yosemite Falls (730 meters).
Winter route: we start the day with the Monterey excursion which includes the pier and Cannery Row and then continues south towards the famous Heast Castle. Built by tycoon William Randolph Hearst, each room contains prized art objects. Frescoes, ancient Greek vases, precious oriental carpets and many other treasures, witnesses of many sumptuous celebrations given during the first half of the 20th century.

Day 4:
DEATH VALLEY - BARSTOW - LAS VEGAS
We head east passing through the desert and the famous Death Valley to reach the gambling capital: Las Vegas. We stop for lunch at the Barstow Outlet, full of shops such as Levi's, Nike, Reebok, Timberland and many more, at competitive prices. In the evening, we take a panoramic tour of the famous Las Vegas Strip to see from the outside some of the incredibly imaginative hotels and buildings built in the middle of the desert: Caesar’s Palace, Mirage, Luxor, Paris, Mandalay Bay, New York New York, Treasure Island, and many more. The free evening can be spent at one of the many shows or trying your luck in one of the many casinos, Lady Luck smiles on many every day!

Day 5:
NEVADA - LOS ANGELES
After breakfast, you leave Las Vegas for a short trip to the famous Hoover Dam. The visit allows you to understand how this marvel of engineering was built and what it has contributed to the region. Then we head back west, and after one last round at the slot machines at the Nevada state line, we return to California.
The tour ends with the return to Los Angeles.
