Terms and Conditions

Helicopter tour is non-refundable and can be modified up to 72 hours before the flight by paying a $50 fee per person.
In case of bad weather as decided by the heliport, you can choose an alternative date. If there are no alternative dates, you can obtain a refund.
In case of slight delay at the heliport, you will need to pay a penalty of $100 per person on site. The heliport may cause you to miss the flight in case of significant delay on your part.
The company disclaims responsibility if the desired flight cannot be taken or if the established rules are not followed. We do not take responsibility for damage or loss of objects during the service.

In case of critical weather conditions (heavy rain or snow), we will contact you to reschedule the tour for another day if possible, otherwise, we will proceed with the refund.

You need to arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before the flight departure. In case of slight delay, you will need to pay a penalty of $100 per person on site. In case of significant delay, for any reason, the tour is forfeited and no refund can be requested. The heliport has very strict rules.

Children under 12 years old cannot participate for safety reasons. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

The purchase of the helicopter tour is final. We cannot offer any refunds. Up to 72 hours before the flight, we offer the opportunity to change the date and time based on availability and by paying a penalty of $50 per person.

We recommend comfortable clothing. Gloves in the winter season. Selfie sticks and similar items are not allowed. Samsung Note 7 is not allowed. GoPro Stick is not allowed. The pilot has the final decision on what can be brought on the helicopter. Dates may be subject to change. We recommend checking your email frequently for updates.
